- Free: $0 per user/month. This plan offers basic visibility into productivity and working hours of small teams with a data history of 30 days.
- Essentials: $10 per user/month, billed annually. This plan includes employee monitoring capabilities for time tracking, schedule adherence, and auditing with a data history of 6 months.
- Professional: $19 per user/month, billed annually. This plan is designed to optimize team productivity, performance, engagement, and workforce planning with a data history of 12 months.
- Enterprise: For this plan, you need to contact ActivTrak Sales for a quote.
Each plan offers different features and services. For example, the Professional plan includes remote vs. in-office productivity analysis, dashboards for executives & managers, productivity goal setting & tracking, team & individual productivity benchmarks, workload balance & burnout risk analysis, capacity & headcount planning, work efficiency & focus insights, inefficiency and distraction analysis, AI-powered productivity Coach, personal insights dashboard for employees, technology & AI usage, before-and-after analysis & A/B testing.

Payment Method
The fastest way to pay for ActivTrak’s Advanced Plan is with a credit card. For monthly or annual billing, a credit card can be used to pay for the ActivTrak plan. Credit card details can be managed by emailing billing@activtrak.com.
Some customers may be eligible to be invoiced to pay via check, credit card, wire transfer or direct deposit. Invoices are emailed to ActivTrak Account Owners and to any billing contacts. Where vendor forms are required, ActivTrak can fill these out by reaching out to billing@activtrak.com or reaching out to your account manager.
If the workspace has at least 5 active members, pays for ActivTrak annually, and the purchase is a minimum of $400 USD, then the organization will have an invoice (Net 30) option.

How To Open A Activtrak Account?
To open an account on ActivTrak.com, follow these steps:
- Visit app.activtrak.com and enter your credentials.
- The first time you access your account, you’ll be prompted to complete Guided Account Setup. This feature allows you to tailor your account to your organization's use cases and privacy preferences.
- After completing Guided Account Setup, you will land on the Agent Activation Page, which includes links to deploy the Agent on your own computer and to share the installation file and deploy Agents on other devices.
- Install the ActivTrak Agent on your device. The app detects your workstation’s operating system and automatically pushes the appropriate Agent version.
- When sharing the installation file, you will be prompted to select the operating system for the device where the Agent will be installed.
Please ensure that you place the ActivTrak Agent on the whitelist of your antivirus and/or firewall so that your Agent does not get blocked.
